Enforcement Procedure

If, after making a request for accessible information or filing a complaint, it is dismissed, or the response does not meet the requirements outlined in Article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018, the interested person may file a claim. Similarly, they can file a claim when twenty business days have passed without a response. 

Claims can be filed through link as well as through the other options established by Law 39/2015, of October 1st, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administration.
