  • WCAG conformance requirements are not complied. The criterion of EN 301 549 encompasses the 5 requirements of WCAG conformance [Requirements 9.6 of UNE-EN 301549:2022].

Requests for Accessible Information and Complaints 

You can use our form of accessible information and accessibility complaints to request accessible information regarding:

• content excluded from Royal Decree 1112/2018, as established by Article 3, section 4; and,
• content exempt from accessibility requirements compliance due to disproportionate burden.

When completing the Accessible Information Request, please specify the facts, reasons, and requests to allow it to be considered reasonable and legitimate.

If, after making a request for accessible information or filing a complaint, it is dismissed, or the response does not meet the requirements outlined in Article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018, the interested person may file a claim. Similarly, they can file a claim when twenty business days have passed without a response. 

Claims can be filed through link as well as through the other options established by Law 39/2015, of October 1st, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administration.

Accessibility has been integrated into the design, management, maintenance, and content update processes of the site.

This website follows the requirements of UNE-EN 301549:2022, considering the exceptions outlined in RD 1112/2018.

• was built using HTML5 for markup language and CSS3 for design.
